    Can't find any info online about using it and want to make sure I get the best effect from it. Has anyone played with it? I'm assuming it's useful for cranking the tax rate and raking in gold income. For the 100 Mithril cost in the shop I'd like to know more before I use the couple I've pulled from gollum. How long does it last? Should I lower taxes and let population grow before using it and then raising taxes?
